Position :
Account Executive

Scope of Position


To facilitate ACN Operations through the full-cycle management of ACN expert and client relationships.



Background & Experience

-   Excellent  command of written & spoken English, persuasive & outgoing personality
-
Able to speak/read/write in Chinese is a must
-   Articulate communicator with clear & concise expression. Must be comfortable dealing with professionals at senior  and executive management level, including CEOs of large corporations
-   Excellent telephone skills & manner
  -  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
-   Computer literacy & familiarity with MS Office, databases, internet search & social media tools
    min 2 years exp. in recruitment, research, telemarketing or customer service, preferably in a multicultural environment
  -  Strong interest in & understanding of different industry sectors, in particular across APAC
-    knowledge of the APAC region and business practices of individual countries. Knowledge of a regional language is an advantage
-    High level of dedication, professionalism and integrity. Resourceful.
-   A team player with the added ability to work independently and under pressure



Responsibilities
Operations:

-    to continuously review, administer and maintain ACN’s expert database up-to-date
-    to manage relationships with high-level professionals across APAC who are experts in their professions and fields
-    to process and assist high-level professionals across APAC with their registration with Asia CEO Network (ACN) and facilitate profile completion
-    to identify key expert profiles and establish and maintain very strong working relationships with these
-    to handle any enquiries relating to ACN and registration with the network
-    to assess, review and propose improvements to business processes to streamline ACN operations
-    to provide exceptional service to ACN customers at all times
-    to carry-out post-consultation and post-project calls and collate feedback
-    to work within a team to ensure timely delivery of profiles and successful, timely completion of projects
-    to generate effective workplans for projects and their execution
-    to assist with other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of operations and exceptional level of customer service
-    to keep abreast of developments in various industries across the region, as well as ACN’s  own
-    to deliver a weekly ACN expert database status report to Operations Management



Business Development:

-    to use internal and external tools to source high-level professionals across APAC who are experts in their professions and fields and refer to Business Development team
-    to identify new sources of high-level professionals across APAC
-    to promote ACN positively to both internal and external stakeholders
-    to keep abreast of developments and develop a solid understanding of various industries across the region, as well as ACN’s  own
-    to support Business Development initiatives and make suggestions for further development



Administration:


-    to liaise with the IT department on any issues affecting the ACN expert database
-    to maintain up-to-date information and details of key expert profiles
-    to deliver a weekly ACN expert database status report to Operations Management
